Record attendance watched first quarter-final of UWCL in Eden. Slavia drew 1-1 with Bayern after fantastic goal by Kateřina Svitková.
Slavia started the game with offensive style of play, but it was Bayern who had the first opportunity. Beerensteyn could fire from inside the box but sent her effort wide. Bayern set the pace of the game for most of the opening half but could not score from any of their chances.
The biggest chance for German club thus came after 59 minutes. Damjanović was left alone in the penalty area, but her header after long cross was excellently blocked by Votíková who pulled off a great save on the goal line.
However, just 3 minutes later the guests broke the deadlock when Rolfö got the ball in to box and had enough time to find the back of the net with her shot in the bottom right corner.
But Slavia did not give up and managed to escape Bayern pressing on 73rd minute. Kateřina Svitková got the ball in the centre and her long shot from 30 meters ended in the top right corner behind Zinsberger.
